Newmarket Bingo strives to provide a fair and transparent environment but does not guarantee results or ensure certain outcomes in every scenario, whether it concerns gameplay, support queries, customer relations, account management decisions, bonuses/ promotions terms compliance, game fairness/ integrity etc. In any disputes that may arise regarding these Terms or platform usage (including wagering conditions), Newmarket Bingo’s decisions will be binding.
Newmarket Bingo reserves the right to suspend/close your account for any reason without prior notice if you breach our rules and guidelines. Decisions are final, including after dispute resolution has been initiated.
